Terms of Service for Atlas IMT LLC

Welcome to Atlas IMT LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). - Upload or share any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content through the App.

4. User-Generated Content
a. Collectible Information
You may input and store information related to your collectibles, including descriptions, photos, inventory data, and sales records. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable laws.

b. Rights to Content
By using the App, you grant Atlas IMT LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and reproduce your content as necessary to operate and improve the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of the App may be available on a subscription or fee basis. All fees and subscription charges will be clearly communicated before you incur any costs. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atlas IMT LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

7. Termination
a. Termination by You

Atlas IMT LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

b. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas IMT LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
