Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Atlas IMT application ("App"), users confirm agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. User Accounts
Account Creation
Users must provide a valid email address and password during registration. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must report any unauthorized access immediately. Atlas IMT LLC assumes no liability for damages resulting from unauthorized account access.
3. Use of the App
Users agree to use the App to track collectibles only through lawful means. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Modifying, adapting, or hacking the App, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the App
- Uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate
4. User-Generated Content
Collectible Information
Users may input descriptions, photos, inventory details, and sales records. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they provide does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Rights to Content
By submitting content, users grant Atlas IMT LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the App. Atlas IMT LLC claims no ownership of user-generated content.
5. Payment and Subscription
All fee structures will be disclosed prior to any charges. By subscribing, users authorize automatic recurring charges. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The App's original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atlas IMT LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
The following uses are prohibited without prior written consent:
- Copying or distributing any portion of the App
- Creating derivative works based on the App
- Using Atlas IMT's trademarks, logos, or branding
7. Termination
By Users
Users may request account termination by contacting support@atlasimt.com. Upon termination, users will lose access to all associated data.

Atlas IMT LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the App or other users, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Atlas IMT LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. All warranties—including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are hereby disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability
Atlas IMT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. The company's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the user within the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas IMT LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the user's access to or use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for qualifying claims.
11. Changes to Terms
Atlas IMT LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the App or website. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
